Position: Back-End Developer
Work Mode: Remote

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will
have at least 5 years of experience in product development, with a strong focus on building and
scaling enterprise applications using the MERN stack. This is a remote working role, and we seek
someone who thrives in a startup environment and can contribute to rapid product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. API Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
for enterprise-level applications.
2. Database Design: Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and
scalability.
3. Integrations: Develop robust integrations with third-party systems and tools.
4. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with an emphasis on best
practices.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to
deliver seamless user experiences.
6. Product Development: Take ownership of back-end modules and participate in the entire
product development lifecycle.
7. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in production.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external
use.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in back-end development with a proven track record in
product development.
• Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

o Deep understanding of designing and scaling MongoDB databases.
o Strong skills in API development and third-party integrations.
o Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Work Environment: Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product-focused companies
is mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Availability: Preference for candidates who can join within two weeks.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with enterprise application architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
