A Day in the Life
As an Inside Sales, Life Sciences, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across the pharmaceutical and therapeutics sectors. Your day will revolve around actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline with energy and precision.
You’ll spend most of your time speaking to potential customers, understanding their challenges, educating them on our genomics solutions, and presenting tailored proposals that deliver clear commercial and clinical value. You’ll be expected to build and manage a strong pipeline, lead high-quality discovery calls, and consistently close new business.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and lead generation, but your focus will be firmly on selling, hitting activity targets, managing objections, and securing new clients. This is a performance-focused role in a fast-growing company, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by results.

Who You Are
A high-performing sales professional with proven experience selling into the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or genomics sectors.
A strong closer with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets.
Confident generating and qualifying leads across outbound channels (cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, industry events) – not just following up on inbound.
Excellent at conducting consultative discovery calls, understanding customer pain points, and crafting compelling sales narratives.
Able to clearly articulate the value of complex scientific solutions to non-expert stakeholders.
Experienced with managing a structured sales process using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Membrain, Apollo).
Familiar with sales qualification and pipeline frameworks (e.g. BANT, MEDDIC) to drive conversions.
Enthusiastic about improving healthcare and knowledgeable about the role of genetics in health outcomes.
Degree-qualified in Life Sciences, Business, or a related experience.
