Purpose
Kueski is looking for an experienced, passionate, and growth-oriented Integrated Marketing Director to help scale our brand as the leading financial technology company in Mexico. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will have a pulse on cultural relevance, consumer insights, and innovative marketing strategies that make Kueski a trusted and disruptive alternative to traditional financial institutions. As a strategic and creative leader, you will oversee brand marketing initiatives, integrated campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for inspiring and managing a high-performing team, ensuring that Kueski’s marketing efforts are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy to elevate Kueski’s brand positioning, drive customer growth, and differentiate us from traditional financial institutions.
Create compelling brand campaigns and always-on marketing initiatives that resonate with the Mexican audience and reinforce Kueski’s mission and values.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and impactful execution.
Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities (events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc.) that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
Leverage consumer insights and market research to inform campaign strategy, creative development, and media planning.
Manage media strategy and budget allocation to optimize brand-building and performance-driven initiatives.
Collaborate closely with key internal teams (Sales, Communications, Product, Growth, Data Science, and Partnerships) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, using data to optimize performance and guide future strategy.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Position Requirements:
Proven track record as a senior marketing leader with direct experience leading high-impact integrated marketing campaigns in Mexico.
Experience driving multi-million-dollar campaigns and marketing strategies for high-growth brands, ideally in fintech, financial services, or consumer tech.
Strong background in consumer marketing, with a successful record of delivering work that drives measurable business results.
Deep understanding of the Mexican consumer landscape and the ability to craft marketing strategies that resonate locally.
Proficiency in leveraging data, analytics, and insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Experience managing and inspiring high-performance teams, setting clear goals, and developing talent.
Ability to balance long-term brand-building efforts with short-term growth objectives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside global teams.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
