  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll leverage our sophisticated CRM system and proven scripts to engage with pre-qualified leads and schedule productive consultations.   • Follow established contact protocols and communication scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Manage automated follow-up sequences including text and email communications
  • Track performance metrics and work toward monthly appointment setting goals
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and strategy
  • Handle initial prospect qualification and information gathering
  • Maintain professional communication standards across all channels
Requirements
  • 2+ years of appointment setting or sales experience, insurance industry experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Experience in consultative selling environments preferred
  • Comfort with performance-based incentives and meeting monthly targets
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
