We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will align with team excellence by excelling in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes and take on a range of financial and administrative responsibilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks. Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus. The Financial Assistant will also act as a backup for the Financial Controller and contribute to the generation of key financial reports.
This role is fully remote, full-time, and requires a background check. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be a current resident in the United States.
Requirements
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experienced with QuickBooks; familiarity with Zoho CRM is an advantage.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar financial assistant role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
