Sales & Lead Gen Expertise: Minimum of 2.5-5 years of experience in sales lead generation, prospecting, or cold calling, preferably in web design, digital marketing, or tech services. Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with neutral accent for seamless client interactions. High-Level Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify, contact, and nurture potential clients with persuasive and engaging sales techniques. CRM & Sales Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking systems, and sales engagement tools for organized prospect management. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Proven ability to work independently, meet outreach targets, and consistently generate high-quality, sales-ready leads. Understanding of Digital Solutions: Knowledge of web design, digital marketing, or online business solutions to effectively pitch services and qualify prospects.

Core responsibilities:

Sales Outreach & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to small business owners and entrepreneurs, introducing them to web design and digital marketing solutions. Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, identify their needs, and determine if they are a good fit for our services before passing them to the owner for closing. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, track interactions, and follow up consistently to ensure steady conversion rates. Email & Social Media Outreach: Utilize email sequences and LinkedIn/social media messaging to engage and warm up potential leads before a direct conversation. Industry Research & Targeting: Identify new industries, market trends, and strategic opportunities to expand outreach efforts and generate high-quality leads. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze call and email engagement rates, track conversion success, and refine outreach tactics based on results.
