This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Assistant

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Auckland, NZ time

Client Timezone: New Zealand Time (NZT)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing consultancy that’s making meaningful social change. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our client’s digital presence as they scale their successful leadership development programs globally. Responsibilities
  • Design and execute engaging social media campaigns that amplify the organization’s mission and impact
  • Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with program alumni and prospects
  • Develop and optimize digital content that resonates with both corporate clients and indigenous leaders
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational growth objectives
  • Maintain and enhance online presence across multiple digital platforms
  • Support the development of marketing materials that showcase program success stories
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in social media management (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting marketing metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
