Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to guide and contribute to the development of our SaaS architecture system. This role requires a hands-on leader who is proficient in Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, and AWS. The ideal candidate must be able to code 50% of the time while also providing strategic direction and technical leadership to the team.  

The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that align with business goals. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions. 

 Key Responsibilities   

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS applications using Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, and AWS. 

• Write, review, and optimize high-quality, maintainable code while ensuring adherence to best practices. 

• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. 

• Drive architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for the platform. 

• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of cloud-based applications. 

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices in software development. 

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions. 

• Work closely with the team to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. 

Qualifications & Skills   

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Angular, C#, and .NET Core. 

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and database design. 

• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services. 

• Proven ability to code 50% of the time while leading a team. 

• Strong full-stack skills with the ability to handle all layers of the systems. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and departments. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. 

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  
  

 Preferred Qualifications   

• Experience with microservices and containerization is a must. 

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. 

• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.). 

• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
