- Manage database administration with team on contracts, projects in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Distribute, monitor and act on task matrix to meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Identify process improvement opportunities, evaluate risks, update source codes, and track team productivity
- Produce weekly reports for management review, participate in external meetings with partners and clients
