About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on a wide range of commercial and privacy related legal matters that align with our company culture and business objectives. You will work closely with our Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Procurement, and Security Teams.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and lead the negotiation with sophisticated partners of key agreements , including:
Customer Agreements
Vendor Agreements (Saas, sponsorships, marketing)
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Data Processing Agreements
Improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and legal workflows
Privacy And Consumer Protection Responsibilities
Provide practical legal guidance on privacy, data protection, and anti-spam compliance, ensuring adherence to laws like CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.
Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures with our Security Team
Conduct privacy impact assessments
Advise on data protection law trends and complex privacy issues, collaborating with the Consumer Product Team to ensure compliance while aligning with business objectives.
General Responsibilities
