Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our innovative technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Respond effectively to inquiries regarding AI products, services, and technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall service delivery and satisfaction
  • Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies and product offerings
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer care skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Passion for technology and interest in artificial intelligence is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools are advantageous
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
