Responsibilities

Providing counsel and assistance to departments on any legal-related matters.
Advise and coordinating with Management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance, risk, audit, and compliance relating to contractual, legal, regulatory obligation, and privacy compliance.
Collaborating with Management to educate internals on compliance, legal, and data protection requirements.
Managing and oversee the Company commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms and legal contracts repository.
Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Liaise with other team to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies
