Roles & Responsibilities

  • 9+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in ServiceNow ITAM.
  • Proven skills in data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Discovery, and Contracts modules.
  • ServiceNow Certification/s are required.

Requirements:

  • Lead the hardware asset data and lifecycle program, including gap analysis and roadmap improvements.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and documentation of existing hardware data and business processes.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data quality, addressing issues promptly with responsible parties.
  • Develop and report ITAM KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hardware asset data and Lifecycle program and assessment of current landscape, Suggest roadmap and improvements, Gap analysis
  • Lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing hardware data and business processes and design of new asset model and data requirements.
  • Lead hardware data clean up, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and that data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible data or process owners
  • Leads the development and reporting of ITAM KPIs helping highlight continuous improvement
  • Expertise in Data clean-up, Data Analysis activities
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product improvements requirements and use cases.

  • ServiceNow Business Analysis
  • ServiceNow ITAM – hardware asset mgmt.
  • ServiceNow IT Operations Management
  • ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Work Requirements

  • 9+ years of ServiceNow experience. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM must
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Discovery, and Contracts modules
  • Proven skills in data processing, analysis, and quality management tools
  • ServiceNow Certification/s must
