The Trainee Authorized Inspector will initially prepare for National Board A school, which will be organized by Operations Coordinator. Prior to, or after passing the A school examination, the AIA will carry out 80 hours of on the job training, in order to get AI commission. Attending R school and examination may also be required, for repair inspections.

Note: Credit for concurrent experience in two (2) or more categories will be limited to experience in one (1) category, e.g. an individual who has been employed by an organization for two years as a Quality Control Manager, and during these two years is qualified as a Level II NDE Inspector, the allowable credit is only two (2) years, as both were achieved concurrently. |
