Job description

This is a remote position.

Food Courier Dispatcher/Logistics Admin for an on demand Food Delivery Company.  Based in Toronto Canada.
Responsibilities

  • Ability to Dispatch drivers to restaurants as orders arrive. 
  • Monitor progress of drivers, and to reassign orders if need be.
  • Able to make calls to Customers if delays occur. 
  • Recruiting, Onboarding Drivers under the guidance of Manager
  • Administer Driver accounts and payments.
  • Working hours are Tuesday 4pm -10pm, Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm to 12pm EST (Toronto time). Mondays are off
  • Remote Job/ Virtual Assistant Dispatch Supervisor/Delivery Software Admin
Requirements
  • Experience in On Demand Food Delivery, Courier, or other high paced logistics activities.
  • Experience with Zomato/Swiggy or any other Food delivery Company will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of English. Written and oral
  • Confident to talk to end user/customers in Canada/US
  • High Speed Computer & Internet
