Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Reviewing the Blueprints document that outlines the forms, projects, surveys, and dashboards to be created for platform customization (setting up each client's Makerble platform so that it is ready for their staff and volunteers to use)
  2. Using the self-service tools on Makerble to create forms and surveys, such as adding the fields and questions.
  3. Creating KPIs based on the blueprints and adding them to dashboards
  4. Following the import instructions to upload CSVs of client data into the client's Makerble platform.
  5. Using our self-service tool to configure automatic import of data via integrations the client has with other platforms, such as with Salesforce.
  6. Provide updates to the client and our customer success executive on the progress you are making.
  7. Receiving feedback on your platform customization work from the client and making adjustments.
  8. Recording the time you've spent on each client.
  9. Joining meetings with clients
  10. Assisting on HR-related tasks as required. 


Requirements
  1. Sharp attention to detail: able to understand the configurations of the Makerble platform and ensure that client requirements are met and tested ahead of Go Live.
  2. Excellent written and verbal English.
  3. Ability and willingness to learn quickly: your learning curve will include gaining an understanding of the world our clients live in, which is, the practice of impact measurement and the charity sector in general.
