We are looking for a skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology and a talent for solving complex issues, wed love to hear from you.

The Desktop Support Specialist will provide technical support for both desktop environments and the latest SaaS products, serving a global user base. This role involves delivering advanced desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests and provide quality resolution within established Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific functionality
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios and confirming what is reported by clients)
  • Update our internal knowledge base with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share enhancement requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities when appropriate
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Development, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Design, maintain, and support the cloud infrastructure of the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Workato)
  • Desktop support experience
  • SQL Server and Oracle Knowledge
  • Hardware/software installation, support and troubleshooting
  • Experience with MS Office and OS365
  • Ticket management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with construction software in the project controls or scheduling space

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
