Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality technical assistance to Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate guidance.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for follow-up and reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training programs and product updates.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements based on the insights gathered from customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
