This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Recruiters to determine position requirements.
Build and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain a talent pool.
Write compelling job descriptions, emails and text messages to attract candidates.
Use the Applicant Tracking System to upload candidates and track their progress.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly activity reports.
