Nurse Supervisor - Los Angeles/Orange County

Kailani Care is looking for a proactive and independent Nurse Supervisor, looking to grow with a company and be an integral part of creating the culture and foundation. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for building and maximizing referral potentials, help in developing/implementing marketing strategies in specific geographic markets, and ensuring overall satisfaction with Kailani Care through clinical oversight of cases. 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community to build brand awareness
• Ensuring the satisfaction of the referral sources to generate ongoing, long-term business
• Representing Kailani Care in networking groups, events, and in other community settings
• Responding to prospective client inquiries, providing necessary information, and scheduling assessments and/or start of service.
• Conducting nursing assessments with prospective clients to develop individual Care Plans
• Coordination with MD, Case Managers, DC Planners, Pharmacies, DME vendors, and other multi-disciplinary entries to ensure appropriate care and services for the client
  
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure the best possible match of provider to client needs
• Providing excellent care management for all clients, including reassessment of client condition, oversight of clinical services provided, and support/education of assigned clinicians
