Job description

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead the operational functions of the company, ensuring that all teams work together to deliver efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role is vital in implementing strategies that align with the company's mission and vision, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
  • Drive efficiency through effective leadership.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain quality standards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in the BPO setting or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, and so on
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid (must provide a screenshot of a speed test)
  • Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
  • Noise Cancelling Headset
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
