Nextiva is looking for a dynamic, energetic Channel Marketing Associate to join our growing Channel Marketing team.

As a Channel Marketing Associate, you will support the execution, measurement, and optimization of campaigns, processes, and events with our Nextiva partners to deliver new pipeline, accelerate existing pipeline or recruit new partners. In this role, you will create and manage campaign reports, learn to develop campaign assets and launch digital campaigns through our marketing automation platform, and support webinar and event execution. This role will give you the opportunity to learn various aspects of the to-, through- and with partner marketing programs.

As a member of Nextiva’s Channel Marketing Team, you will play a key part in driving the performance of Nextiva’s Channel business. This role requires professional communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and willingness to take calculated risks. If you enjoy thinking critically while also creatively, crafting strategic and measurable marketing plans with partners, and working alongside a team that is as passionate about partners as you are, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation, execution, and measurement of marketing plans to grow partner engagement and pipeline
  • Manage a very tight project management of marketing activity including timelines, vendor management, results, and reporting
  • Learn and support Nextiva’s through-partner marketing automation platform
  • Monitor and measure results by analyzing metrics delivered from marketing programs and provide ongoing reporting to channel marketing leaders
  • Participate in the execution and measurement of webinars and events
  • Deliver marketing communications to channel sales and manage marketing calendar and newsletter to create awareness around all marketing activity in region
  • Execute digital marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows and lead generation programs and email nurture by assisting in management of activities from concept through post-event follow-up
  • Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, manage projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 
  • 1-3 years experience in developing demand within high-tech B2B environment
  • Desire to learn Channel Partners’ business, challenges, and opportunities
  • A general understanding and desire to gain experience with channel and field marketing 
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation to work within a results-driven organization, capable of multi-tasking and adapting within a fast-moving organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members and partners
  • Strong decision making and project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously against competing deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate's qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses. 

The expected hiring range is $44,000 - $65,300. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
