Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Talent Development Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Talent Development projects (Performance Management, Leadership and Managerial development, Soft Skills Trainings, LMS implementation, etc.).
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions, customizing the content based on business and team needs.
• Manage Learning Communities to foster continuous development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure smooth operation of JIRA ticket processes.
• Coordinate vendors and trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Collaborate on cross-team projects, bringing a Talent Development perspective.
• Manage reporting and analytics to measure the impact of programs.
• Support employees with policy-related questions and guidance.

Requirements:

 3-4 years of experience in Talent Development and learning theory.
 Strong understanding of HR processes (performance management, L&D, onboarding, offboarding, succession planning).
 Ability to develop and deliver tailored and customized training programs based on internal needs.
 Strong facilitation skills to lead engaging and effective learning sessions.
 Good knowledge of external training providers (soft skills, leadership, managerial development, etc.).
 Data management skills – collecting, storing, analyzing, and ensuring data security.
 Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. 
 Excellent presentation skills – verbal communication, visual storytelling, charts, and graphs.
 Language skills: English (C1), Russian (B2).
 People-oriented mindset and a team-player attitude.
 Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

Experience in IT, iGaming, or Game Development.
 University degree in a relevant field.
 Knowledge of Managerial assessment tools (Hogan, Gallup, etc.)
