A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to help our CEO stay strategically focused by efficiently managing daily administrative tasks such as emails, scheduling, and meeting coordination. You’ll ensure seamless communication, impeccable organization, and proactively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic remote-work environment. What you will do:

  • Email Management: Organize, prioritize, respond, or delegate emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring inbox efficiency.
  • Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, calls, and manage the CEO’s schedule effectively, optimizing their daily productivity.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare materials, and ensure efficient, productive sessions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Proactively handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, basic research, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Communications: Act as the CEO’s liaison internally and externally, clearly communicating information across teams and stakeholders.
  • Organization: Help maintain structured systems and processes to ensure CEO can easily find, access, and utilize essential information.
  • Task & Project Management: Regularly update and maintain the CEO’s task list and ensure important deadlines and tasks are met.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role directly supporting executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with a high comfort level using digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM tools).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with perfect English fluency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
