Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote
Salary Range:
$1,500-$2,000/month

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM MST

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and organization for senior leadership. This individual will manage scheduling, coordinate travel, track project progress, and maintain clear communication across teams. A strong background in executive support and experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on emails.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and itineraries.
  • Track projects and ensure progress aligns with deadlines.
  • Maintain workflow structure and consistency across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience supporting multiple executives remotely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
