Business Intelligence (Power BI)

Staff4Me is excited to announce an opening for a Business Intelligence (Power BI) Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverages your expertise in Power BI to transform data into insightful visualizations and reports that will support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.
• Perform data modeling and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets to help drive business decisions.
• Provide training and support to end-users in using Power BI for their reporting and analytical needs.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices in business intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role, focusing on Power BI.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report creation.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
