Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in chart preparation and handling new patient calls. In this role, you will support our healthcare team by managing patient data, preparing charts, and ensuring smooth communication with new patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in healthcare or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Chart Preparation: Organize and prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
• New Patient Calls: Manage inbound calls from new patients, gather necessary information, schedule appointments, and provide general information about the practice or services.
• Patient Data Management: Maintain and update patient records in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as scheduling, email management, and follow-up communications with patients.
• Communication: Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication with patients and team members to ensure a seamless experience.

Technical Requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of chart preparation and handling new patient calls.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
