We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Accountant and Bookkeeper to join our team at Staff4Me. In this role, you will oversee billing processes, manage accounts receivable, and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Processing Manually on Wisepay
  • Addressing Client Concerns ·
  • Invoice Clean-up/Syncing Errors ·
  • AP Processing
  • Process ADP Payroll
  • Payroll Approval Report ·
  • Payroll & Contractor Allocation ·
  • Submit 401k Report · Sales Tax Recording & Submission
  • Match Customer Deposits · Categorize Bank Feed · Bank Reconciliation ·
  • Schedules · Product Margin Review · P&L Review · Balance Sheet Review ·

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
