Description

SmartERP has immediate contract opportunity for a experienced Analyst working on implementation of Application Tracking Systems

Demonstrating solid Recruitment System experience.
Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules,
Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment system and business processes
Providing support including investigation and troubleshooting
Implementing new Avature features and enhancements
Driving the support and regression testing
Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; and
Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
