SmartERP has immediate contract opportunity for a experienced Analyst working on implementation of Application Tracking Systems

  • Demonstrating solid Recruitment System  experience.
  • Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
  • Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, 
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
  • Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment system and business processes
  • Providing  support including investigation and troubleshooting
  • Implementing new Avature features and enhancements
  • Driving the support and regression testing
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; and
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
