Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform general administrative tasks including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain electronic files, databases, and documentation.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning.
    • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Customer Support:

    • Respond to client and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide support in troubleshooting issues and addressing any concerns.
    • Manage client and employee communication, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work with other team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
    • Help ensure all tasks are completed on time, contributing to overall team success.
    • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
