Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. 
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Familiarity with tech hiring trends and market insights is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and more) to source and attract top-tier candidates for open positions. 
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles. 
  • Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and insights to key stakeholders. 
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations. 
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
