Position Summary:

The Digital Sales Enablement & Go To Market team is currently hiring for a Business Development Senior Advisor.  The Digital Sales Enablement & Go To Market team is responsible for working across the enterprise to evangelize our strategic position as a leader in delivering a differentiated experience through digital first, virtual led, and data informed products and solutions.

The Business Development Senior Advisor is a critical component of delivering on our mission through close partnership with a cross-functional team to ensure we are demonstrating the value of digital to our clients and customers.  This position will support the sales organization and broader digital organization with subject matter expertise on digital capabilities, competitive positioning, and the needs of our stakeholders.  We are looking for a strategic thinker passionate about driving change through enabling a simplified experience and increased digital adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives a Digital-first mindset across the enterprise with a keen focus on integrating digital experiences within the customer journey.
  • Leads with a customer-focused mindset, deeply understanding the needs of clients and customers.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the organization, partnering with teams across the company to provide clear decisions and guidance on digital strategy and messaging.
  • Partners with all areas within the Digital organization to share client and customer feedback that can drive our design and product journeys into cohesive Digital experiences.
  • Maintains a high level of curiosity, innovative mindset, and adaptive way of working to respond to rapidly evolving environment of business demand and customer needs.
  • Drives the usage of data and analytics to seek out opportunities to enable the digital experience to deliver strategic business value.
  • Practices influential leadership, taking a consultative and collaborative approach to Go To Market strategy and influencing decisions across the Enterprise.
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder trainings and capability sessions to demonstrate the ability of current and future digital tools.
  • Domestic travel up to 20%

REQUIRED BACKGROUND/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, marketing, or product management
  • Demonstrated results in being able to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement
  • Collaborative decision-making and ability to forge successful partnerships with a high degree of influence
  • Demonstrates ability to lead, influence and problem-solve across a heavily-matrixed environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic acumen
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,900 - 208,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
