Company Overview:

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Identity Solution Integration Architect will design and oversee the integration of identity solutions for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves developing integration strategies, ensuring system interoperability, and maintaining compliance with identity standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements.
  • Ensure partner provided data is suitable for preferred integration pattern.
    Design and oversee the integration of identity solutions.
  • Develop integration strategies for the ICAM NG SSO program.
  • Evaluate and perform additions/updates to existing code to integrate new applications.
  • Configure application data for SSO solution.
  • Identify issues during implementation and communicate with application POCs for resolution.
  • Ensure system interoperability and compliance with identity standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to development/testing teams.
  • Develop and maintain partner specific integration documentation.
  • Prepare integration deployment documentation and configuration details for implementing in higher environments.
  • Automate deployment process.
  • Monitor deployments and guide deployment teams.
  • Communicate integration progress with stakeholders.
  • Engage with vendor support to resolve product-related issues.
  • Conduct system integration assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks.
  • Ensure integration scalability and performance.
  • Support the transition from legacy systems to modern solutions.
  • Experience creating connectors & integration artifacts using SDKs.
  • Experience creating federation/integration using multiple standards & protocols.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience is required. 
  • Proven experience in identity solution integration.Including tools OKTA and Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of SSO technologies and identity standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement integration strategies.
  • Experience with federal identity standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Experience in system design and modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience working with federal agencies.
  • Certification in identity solution integration.
  • Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
  • Experience in designing large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of network and infrastructure design.
  • Experience in system migration and modernization.
  • Coding skills in Java, C++, Python and other 4th generation languages.
  • Proven ability in gathering requirements from diverse technical sources.
  • Ability to provide support across multiple time zones & geographical locations.
