LastPass is looking for a Renewals Representative:

As a Renewals Representative, you will play a key role in managing and advancing renewal opportunities across various systems. You will oversee the entire renewal cycle for our existing customer base while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Who will you work with?

In addition to the Global Renewal team, you will regularly collaborate with teams such as:

  • Customer Success
  • Support
  • Sales
  • Leadership

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Renewal Strategy – You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Customer Success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
  • Renewal Execution – You will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks, ensuring on-time commitments. You will negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals.
  • Renewal Forecasting – You will maintain and report an accurate, rolling 90-day forecast of renewals within your territory.
  • Account Growth – You will discover and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
  • Revenue Retention – You will develop and implement a playbook for renewal engagement, optimizing revenue retention.

  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and effectively owning, driving, and leading the renewals process
