Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding our virtual job and freelance platforms, helping them find suitable opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support or familiarity with freelance platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
