Job description: What you will do at ShortPoint
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Executive to provide essential HR support and ensure seamless administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection
Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
2. Employee Offboarding & Exit Management:
Oversee employee exits, ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols
3. Compliance & Legal Documentation:
Handle visa processing, visa renewals, and UAE labor law compliance
Maintain employee contracts, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
4. HR Administration & Reporting:
Prepare HR reports, including monthly workforce summaries, time tracking, and performance review records
Assist with financial and security audits related to HR compliance
5. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture
Create HR newsletters, updates, and celebration content for employee engagement
6. Performance Management & HR Policies:
Manage performance appraisals and feedback processes
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards
7. HR Vendor & Benefits Management:
Oversee employee insurance policies and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Manage external HR service providers for optimal service delivery
