Job description

As a Technical Contract Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the People team to drive a seamless and effective hiring process.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and some non-technical roles in sales and marketing.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

- Maintain accurate and timely data in our ATS (Lever)

- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

- Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles.
Knowledge of the market in Spain, the United Kingdom, and other parts of Europe.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and hitting the ground running.
