The primary responsibilities of this position include providing administrative supervision and clinical oversight of specialty programs. The Senior Manager ensures the care management team are meeting overall program goals and objectives. Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED and six (6) years of post-graduate experience with Child BH/MH/SU and/or IDD population.
OR
Associate’s degree in Human Services field and four (4) years of post-graduate experience with Child BH/MH/SU and/or IDD population.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field and two (2) years of post-graduate experience with Child BH/MH/SU and/or IDD population.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Services
Experience working with BH/MH/SU and/or IDD individuals in crisis.
Two (2) years of experience working with the DSS and/or DJJ population.
Two (2) years of experience providing direct supervision of two (2) or more staff that provide BH/MH/SU and/or IDD services.
License/Certification:
Fully Licensed in North Carolina with a valid LCSW, LMFT, LPA, LCAS, LCMHC, or RN license are required.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
