Position Overview:

Snap Finance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to drive the growth and profitability of our online marketplace. This role is crucial in shaping our digital storefront, ensuring it reflects our brand vision while optimizing sales, customer engagement, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and product marketplaces.

 As the E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee site operations, planning and performance analytics. You will collaborate cross-functionally on inventory, merchandising, and digital marketing execution. Your expertise will ensure a seamless, best-in-class experience that strengthens our brand and maximizes conversion.

You are a data-driven, results-oriented professional who understands the nuances of marketplaces and DTC e-commerce, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance long-term projects with daily hands-on execution. You have a deep understanding of Shopify, and you know how to optimize e-commerce operations while driving revenue growth, understand customer experience, conversion funnels, and digital marketing and know how to translate insights into action, experience with product marketplaces, vendor partnerships and affiliate relationships. You take full ownership of your channel, ensuring that our e-commerce platform is optimized for performance, profitability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily end-to-end ecommerce site management of the Snap Marketplace.
  • Manage site merchandising including new product additions, product updates, homepage refreshes, and category optimization to maximize sales.
  • Own the Shopify site’s performance, ensuring that all aspects—from UX to conversion optimization—align with revenue and growth goals.
  • Monitor and analyze Shopify site performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion rates, and AOV.
  • Oversee the full site experience, including product listing management, merchandising, navigation, and third-party app integrations to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to, offering recommendations for optimization.
  • Work cross functionally with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to improve the user experience and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Care team to resolve customer issues specific to Marketplace orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of managing site operations.
  • Proficiency in Shopify / Shopify Plus is essential.
  • Experience managing product marketplaces is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of Ecommerce KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Passionate about delivering a best-in-class user experience and driving ecommerce innovation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amplitude, Google Analytics, GTM - Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional internal customer service, prioritizing collaboration with cross-functional teams.
