The Talent Management Lead drives and monitors the talent management strategy for the CenterWell Senior Primary Care Organization across disciplines such as talent reviews and succession, leadership assessment and development, goal setting and performance. Operates as an extension of enterprise talent management and as a business aligned team member.

  • Responsibilities include: 

  • Owns talent review strategy and talent review timeline aligned with enterprise timing and deliverables  

  • Facilitates in-scope talent reviews with HRBP partnership 

  • Drives follow-up actions for talent reviews, development plans and succession plans 

  • Consults on leadership development actions for individual talent and for groups leveraging enterprise resources  

  • Owns goals setting and performance reviews timeline aligned with enterprise timing and deliverables 

  • Develops and manages plans to support DEI strategy with DEI lead partnership 

  • Facilitates Team Performance Model and team effectiveness initiatives  

  • Supports organization design efforts with HRBP partnership 

  • Manages the overall People Plan presentation; makes relevant updates to keep leadership informed of progress 

  • Owns specific initiatives within the segment People Plan

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree  

  • 8 + years of technical experience leading Talent initiatives such as Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness/Design. 

  • Proven experience of 2 or more years of project management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balance competing priorities and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

  •  Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a highly matrixed environment, effectively collaborating across multiple teams, functions and levels to drive alignment. 

  •  Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior executives, demonstrating confidence, executive presence to influence decision-making while driving strategic business outcomes. 

  • Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. 

  • Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.  

  • Successful track record leading organization design and business transformations  

  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills  

  • Motivated self-starter excited to work with cross-functional team members to execute against an end-to-end program scope 

  • Strategic mindset with critical thinking skills to connect disparate dots and overcome ambiguity. 

  •  Having the ability to evaluate and solve problems with rigorous logic that pushes beyond the obvious to uncover root cause issues and creative solutions 

  • Adept at forming strong relationships with diverse teams and personalities through effective trust building and collaboration 

  • Strength in persuading multiple parties to align around one vision to drive execution and adoption.  

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with demonstrated ability to use language that is succinct and clear. 

  • Experience leading and facilitating sessions where content is delivered and change management and adoption techniques are deployed. 

  • Intellectual curiosity with excellent listening skills and a passion for learning. 

  • Outcome orientation with the ability to use data to establish quantifiable success criteria and measure progress toward targeted results. 

Preferred Qualifications

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

•    Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
•    Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$104,000 - $143,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
