The Professional 2 of Creative Development is responsible for coordinating the creation and updates of webpages through the innovative use of design elements and content layout techniques. This role effectively showcases the organization’s products, services, and brands to customers. The assignments are diverse and require independent judgment to determine the most effective courses of action. The Professional 2 utilizes various communication strategies to create impactful impressions, enhance brand awareness, and encourage responses from the target audience. This role involves the development and coordination of website updates and page builds. The professional understands departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, allowing for informed decision-making in work methods while adeptly navigating ambiguous situations with minimal guidance.
Key Accountabilities -
40% - Managing and authoring content across Humana Military’s websites ensuring the correct and appropriate content is available to end users to meet and maintain contract requirements.
30% - Collaborate with marketing leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to plan for publishing of content and website changes at regular intervals.
20% - Design and Collaborate with senior designers to improve the User Interface and User Experience within Humana Military work streams.
10% - Makes independent decisions regarding work methods and strategies, following established guidelines while receiving guidance as needed. Exercises critical thinking to determine appropriate actions in varied situations.
Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position.
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
Bachelor's degree
Must live in the Eastern Time zone
2 years of experience with web development, or content management work
1 year of experience in marketing
Proficient in the use of content management systems, such as Cite core, Word press, Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with data analytics
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
