This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in shaping how new hires experience AuditBoard from day one—and beyond. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering an orientation journey that’s not only seamless and informative, but also deeply rooted in our values and culture and continuously improves the onboarding experience using feedback and data. This role also supports the broader employee experience by helping to activate cultural programming and connection points throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 

  • New Hire Experience

    • Support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of new hire onboarding programs that align with AuditBoard’s values and business goals.

    • Collaborate with the People team, hiring managers, and department leads to ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience across roles and departments.

    • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions including welcome workshops, Q&As, and cultural integration touch points.

    • Maintain and update onboarding content across platforms, including digital learning modules, guides, and job aids.

    • Track and assess the effectiveness of the orientation program using data-driven insights, employee feedback to refine and enhance the experience.

    Values & Culture Programming

    • Assist in the execution of virtual values-based programming that brings AuditBoard’s culture to life beyond onboarding.

    • Collaborate with the Employee and Workplace Experience team to help activate initiatives that support a strong sense of belonging and engagement.

    • Support cross-functional efforts such as Values Awards, company-wide cultural moments, and all-hands activities.

    Employee Engagement

    • Serve as a point of collaboration for internal programs that build employee connection and community across a distributed workforce.

    • Partner with ERGs and other employee-led groups to support the execution of inclusive, values-aligned experiences.

    • Help gather and analyze employee feedback to inform future engagement and experience initiatives.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in People, HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.

  • A passion for creating thoughtful and inclusive employee experiences, globally.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, particularly in remote/distributed environments.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Familiarity with learning platforms, digital collaboration tools, and content management systems

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure learning impact and optimize programs accordingly.
