Job Opportunity: Senior BI Dev (Qlik Mashups)

As a Senior BI Analyst and Team Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization by designing, validating, and creating data visualizations and models while managing a team of data analysts. This position goes beyond individual analytical workyou will mentor other analysts, ensure best practices across projects, and enhance data reporting tools' efficiency and usability for our clients.

What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality analytics and reporting.

Design and develop data visualizations and models to generate business insights and support consultancy efforts.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers and client-bound data teams, to develop consistent and scalable visual systems for enterprise dashboards.

Translate product design requirements into specifications for data objects and visualizations.

Utilize scripting languages to meet complex business requirements.

Ensure cross-project good practices and enhance usability for data reporting tools.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

Must-have skills:

Qlik Sense & Qlik Mashups

Strong proficiency in SQL

Data load scripting in Qlik Sense (set analysis, set expressions)

HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON experience

Ability to present, assess, and validate proposals with client-bound data teams.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Openness to collaboration with designers to craft a scalable visual system.

Qlik certifications are a plus.

Advanced English level (B2+).
