A strong project manager skilled in leading ERP projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate can lead diverse teams in a matrixed organization, perform fundamental project management tasks, and manage multiple implementations simultaneously. 

If you have experience with QAD, that is beneficial. If you do not, but have experience managing Epicor, SAP, Sage, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, or other ERP solutions, we are interested in connecting with you.  


Qualifications for the Role

  • Over five years of experience managing ERP projects from initiation to post Go-Live support.
  • Knowledge of QAD is preferred; however, experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Sage, JD Edwards, or other ERP manufacturing solutions is also applicable.
  • Background in Life Sciences, Automotive, Electronics, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, or Industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in identifying and managing risks.
  • Extensive experience with waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills suitable for executive audiences, including C-level executives, Directors, and diverse user groups.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Previous experience in project management or program management roles within a consulting firm is required.
  • Remote position in the United States; proximity to a major US airport is necessary. Some travel may be required.

  • FDA software validation experience is a plus.
  • Management of SaaS Cloud implementations.
  • Experience managing global, multi-national teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field from an accredited university.

 

What You Will be Doing in the Role

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with specific deliverables defined by existing methodologies.
  • Coordinate internal resources to handle shifting schedules, priorities, and varied skills and personalities.
  • Maintain project management systems as per policy (e.g., time sheets, approvals, budget management).
  • Prepare and lead weekly meetings, setting the cadence and tone of the project.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables with the customer's project manager, team, and SIG colleagues.
  • Oversee project schedule, budget, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure their success.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings on methodology updates, best practices, goals, etc.
  • Complete required training for various software solutions.

 

This is a full-time employment position. Candidates should be eligible to work for any employer in the United States.  Travel requirement is <40%
