Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and secure strategic partnerships for Estoras Group and its subsidiaries. These include a digital marketing agency, a technology consulting company, a software company and a racing team. This role is crucial in identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing partnerships, and developing long-term business relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:   Initiate outbound communication to identify and connect with potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:   Build strong relationships, present solutions, and drive successful deal closures.

Cross-Team Collaboration:   Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives, enhance lead generation strategies, and provide customized solutions to clients.

Data Tracking & Reporting:   Maintain CRM accuracy, monitor lead progress, and present key performance metrics to leadership to support ongoing strategy refinement.




Requirements
  • Extensive experience in global enterprise sales, with a track record of success in complex deal-making.

  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives and C-suite leaders.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, ensuring efficient tracking and management of client interactions.

  • Expertise in developing tailored, client-centric solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in all interactions.
