Job description

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9am to 5pm Spring Mountain, QLD

Number of working hours per week: 20 hours

Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential property sellers through outbound calling campaigns using provided prospect lists
  • Engage prospects with compelling conversations following proven scripts that have demonstrated success
  • Schedule property appraisal appointments between qualified prospects and real estate agents
  • Maintain detailed records of all call outcomes and conversations in the company’s systems
  • Execute timely follow-up communications to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the appointment setting process with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to refine approaches and improve conversion rates
  • Adapt communication style to different prospect personalities while maintaining professional standards
  • Track personal performance metrics and continuously work to improve results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (real estate industry experience is a must)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Resilient, positive attitude with the determination to succeed in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow and adapting to different scenarios
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience with phone dialer systems (familiarity with JustCall.io would be advantageous)
  • Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Comfortable working with performance-based incentives and commission structures
