About the Role 


We are seeking a proactive and reliable Virtual Administrator to provide remote administrative support for our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions with precision. You’ll play a key role in managing communications, booking logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
 

Key Responsibilities 


  • Administrative Support: Complete a variety of admin tasks accurately and efficiently, following clear instructions and checklists.

  • Liaison & Vendor Coordination: Make and receive phone calls to coordinate with external service providers such as couriers and suppliers ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

  • Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate logistics for courses, training sessions, and events, including booking venues, managing registrations, and confirming arrangements.

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs), ensuring professional presentation.

  • Client & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a point of contact for enquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional, and courteous assistance

  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and administrative processes to ensure consistency and traceability.

 

Requirements 

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and editing
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset when interacting with clients and stakeholders
