About the Role
 

We are looking for a proficient .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software products, focusing on front-end and back-end development. This position provides the chance to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's growth. This role is 100% work from home.
 

Responsibilities

• Analyzing user needs and design, test, and develop software to meet those needs.
• Recommending upgrades for existing systems and programs.
• Participating in Agile Product Development and Ceremonies.
• Designing, developing, coding, and testing technical solutions with guidance from senior engineers.
• Maintaining and modifying existing applications, making approved changes and documenting them.
• Developing separate software elements to be integrated into a program.
• Creating diagrams, flowcharts, and models to illustrate the required code.
• Ensuring continued functionality of programs during maintenance and testing.
• Documenting each aspect of a system or application for future reference.
• Troubleshooting issues and fix bugs to address client or consumer concerns.

Requirements

• Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Exhibit knowledge of SDLC and software methodologies, including object-oriented programming and design.
• Require experience with JavaScript & SQL
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of agile methodology.
• Exhibit discipline and motivation as a proven self-starter.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail.
• Able to work in a global environment, collaborating with international colleagues in multiple time zones.
• Possess proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• Team player with a desire to have fun while working.

This role is 100% remote (work from home).

NOTE: Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
