About the role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deal Desk Manager for EMEA region to join our Global Deal Desk Team within the Revenue Enablement business unit. This role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing business insights and leading process enhancements.
What You'll Do:
Deal Review & Approval: Be the go-to expert for deal positioning and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. You'll guide business case development, manage pricing discounts, and assist with Salesforce CPQ quotations and nonstandard financial arrangements.
Negotiations & Redlines Management: Lead negotiations and finalize commercial term redlines, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards in collaboration with Finance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Teams to streamline deal processing, support nonstandard contractual arrangements, and resolve pricing issues.
Strategic Guidance: Offer recommendations to maximize deal revenue while minimizing contractual risks.
Pricing Strategy Support: Contribute to the evolution of pricing models and ensure best-in-class practices.
Tool Maintenance and Improvement: Enhance Salesforce to support efficient, accurate, and transparent deal operations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Min.4 years of experience in deal desk, pricing, or sales operations roles, ideally within a global software company.
Strong understanding of enterprise software pricing models and sales cycles in a fast-paced tech environment.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, build consensus, and influence stakeholders effectively.
Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and capable of interpreting financial data for strategic decisions.
Proficiency in English is required, and French literacy is highly preferred.
