About the Role
We are always looking to connect with outstanding strategic Customer Success Managers who have deep experience supporting large school districts and influencing decision-makers across complex, multi-threaded relationships.

As a Large Enterprise CSM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the largest school districts in the U.S., working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term impact. This is a relationship-led role, with a strong emphasis on strategic outcomes, retention, and expansion.

Who You Are

  • Experienced CSM: Demonstrated success as a Customer Success or strategic account management role for large districts, ideally in EdTech

  • K-12 Fluent: Strong understanding of school district operations, budget cycles, and stakeholder roles

  • Trusted Advisor: Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior leaders in large districts (20K+ students)

  • Outcome-Driven: Track record of improving product adoption, reducing churn, and driving expansion

  • Strategic Communicator: Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and facilitating complex conversations
